Intensovet service for the Intensobox

As a complex device, we of course do offer a comprehensive service for our Intensobox.

  • Personal advice

    Whether it is the configuration of several boxes in one unit, individually available space or a maintenance of the Intensobox – in a consultation we can clarify all your questions about the Intensobox and address your individual wishes.

  • Individual fitting

    The Intensobox is designed to be modular and service-friendly, and can be customized to meet your specific needs and space requirements.

  • Remote maintenance

    In case of malfunctions of the Intensobox we have the possibility to perform maintenance from our house via WiFi. All you need is an internet connection. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact us.

  • Sustainable & durable

    Durable individual parts, such as the sensors, characterize the Intensobox. The electrical system can also be removed and sent in. There are no disposables or other waste products.

  • Delivery by hauler

    As the Intensobox, depending on its size, is too bulky to be sent by mail, the Intensobox is usually delivered by a forwarding agent.

Intensovet service for our warming pads

  • Personal advice

    You can find out exactly how our warming systems work not only on our website, but also in a personal consultation. This is part of the Intensovet service.

  • 2-year warranty

    For our Dormosafe warming systems, i.e. the Dormosafe Soft as well as the Dormosafe Worktop, we provide a two-year warranty.

  • Maintenance possible

    If something should not be right with your Intensovet warming mat, a repair via return is possible at any time. Our production and spare parts warehouse is located in Upper Bavaria which allows us to respond quickly to your repair.
